Common issues

Pairing code is wrong or expired

Pairing codes are short-lived. Reopen the pairing screen on your watch, wait for a fresh code, then enter that code on the pairing page.

Premium status looks wrong

Stripe can take a short time to confirm subscription changes. Refresh the portal first. If the issue remains, contact support with the account email used for checkout.

You want to unpair a watch

Use Unpair this app in the portal app settings, or the watch unpair option when available. The watch will return to the pairing screen after unpairing.

Task Link iconTask LinkTask Link connects task providers to Garmin watches so you can sync lists and manage todos from your wrist.
The watch is paired but lists do not appear

Confirm that Task Link has at least one connected task provider in the portal. If a provider shows reconnect required, reconnect it before syncing again.

Provider actions fail or stop syncing

Task providers can expire or revoke access. Reconnect the affected provider from the Task Link settings panel, then retry sync or task actions on the watch.

A connected provider is missing on the watch

Open Task Link settings in the portal and check the provider status. Coming-soon providers are shown in the portal but are not available for watch sync yet.

Task order looks different from the provider website

Task Link asks providers for their available ordering data and keeps provider details hidden from the watch. If ordering looks wrong, send support the provider name, list name, and watch model.
